Problem w/ dept. store credit card. I got my bill and it was more than i charged and i disputed 3 charges and

it took 2 months for the dept.store to realize they put another person's charges on my statement...they sent me an apology but i noticed my fico score went down drastically and so i ordered my credit report and it says "charge off" under the dept.store as if i didn't pay my bill and i did...i put a dispute in w/ transunion but need the dept. store to fix this...any suggestions people...i am so mad...i went from having really good credit to not! Thanks

Talking to your bank should do it, tell them exactly what you just wrote.

First I would call the company that you have the credit card with. Tell Them That you have your credit report and it states i have not paid my bill. I would like to get this sorted, how do i fix this. If the refuse to help you. I would write an appeal to the credit agency. Hope all goes well.
