Problem while installing

I'm facing problem in installing NERO oem suite. when i press setup a window pops up stating that only part of aread process memory or write process memmory is completed. please advice

Details

I have asus DVD writer, OS is windows XP professional 2002, pentium III

C: is FAT 32 format and All other drives are NTFS....
