Problem windows movie maker ?

Question

I import a video.

and the video is divided into a few part by the software, it is ok, but only the first part has both image and sound. other parts only have sound. how to solve this problem?

so if I export part 2 of the video as new video. it only has sound. I can not view the image.

File-import to collection (before chose the file you want to import into the collection make sure that the option bellow the pop up screen (create clips for video files) is not checked. by that you import the complete video to the stage.

What I've done is just instead of clicking "import video" I just drag the video in. That might help you.
