Problem with '73 Evinrude 50 hp motor-UPDATE?

Need some help with a 1973 Evinrude 50 hp motor?

Can't get the motor to idle. Guess it needs a little adjusting. Also, the motor will not crank when the warm up lever is lifted. Once I put it down, it will turn over. If I lift it while I'm cranking it, or lift it when it is started, the motor dies. What do I do?

I can get it started by manually choking then manually throttling. I recently replaced needle and seats on both carbs. also, warm up lever is not advancing, not accelerating the motor as it should.

You have control box problems I answered it already> It has an electric choke that is in the key switch or under it with a toggle switch>The throttle cable need adjusting>
