I've had my blackberry for a little while and everything was fine. About 2 months ago i started having problems with it. It started when i was playing brickbreaker and it shut itself off followed by it reseting. Id come to the realization that i could no longer play birckbreaker :(

The problem has advanced though.. Multiple times a day my blackberry goes to a white "error reset" screen where i have to push the ball to reset. It then goes to the white screen with the time thing and then red lights. I give it a few seconds then it turns on and works fine.

I didnt get it from a provided but driectly through RIM so i cant return it.. any suggestion how to stop this problem?

  1. Do you have a microSD memory card inside of the device? I have heard reports where a microSD memory card might cause the reboot issue if it was formatted in another device prior to being put in the BlackBerry 8120 (i.e. an older BlackBerry device with an older operating system).
