Problem with Clone DVD Mobile 1.2.0.1?

Ok,

Every time i try to convert a dvd to iPod video format, about halfway through the process, my computer cuts out completely. the screen goes black and the computer completely powers down, and i have absolutely no idea why!

if you could help, that would be great.

OH also, is there any way i can get the format to be exact for my ipod (nano 3g with video) so far i've just been using the "ipod video" format. thanks.
