Problem with EDUP Wireless USB Adapter?

Question

I bought it online and i used it at my dad's house but we configured alot of stuff and we ended up disconnecting a computer and i finally was able to connect to the adapter.

so when i took the adapter back to my house and tried it and i cant connect now.

it says i have limited or no connectivity and i cant get the IP address

There is no number or company on the box it came in so im stuck

Try moving closer to your wireless router. And if that doesn't work contact the website were you got it from and tell them you have a defective product.
