Problem with JVC TV

Andy,Can you send me the repair steps to fix my JVC 27 inch TV? The issue is similar to the one you recently replied to on the forum:Posted by Csharp"the top of the screen is out of focus about two inches and the top of the head is upside down, how can this be corrected??
