Problem with Panasonic Camcorder NV-DS28

Question

I haven't operated my Camcorder NV-DS28 since atleast one year and when I tried using I was facing problem.

When Camcorder is switched on I am getting message on screen "Please Re-Operate After pushing Reset button" and light next to camera mode is continuously blinking. After pushing reset button I got message "To Service" on screen. Seems like it needs servicing, I am not sure.

Would appreciate if you can advice or suggest solution to this problem.
