Problem with PrizeRebel?

Question

I never really trusted the site, but I figured I would just try the offers when I was bored.

I don't get it. I have done almost 10 offers a week ago. I finished them exactly as the description on PrizeRebel said. Am I doing something wrong? Like this one,

Requirement: Please Complete the offer until you reach a page with a vertical list of offers (around page 12-14). Must click yes to one of the offers on the vertical list and click submit. US ONLY

I did that and waited. I have waited like 9 days and still nothing. I don't get it. Why aren't I getting credited.
