Problem with RCA OPAL M4018A 8GB player

Question

I have a problem with my player. It was working fine but there was an upgrade for the firmware. The problem is the upgrade didn't finish and because it said the player had a problem. Now the player won't start and says there's a boot problem. I tried to re-run the updater with no success. Can anyone help me?
