Problem with Relieving Letter

Hi Friends,

I got an offer letter from a reputed MNC and I commited a mistake stating that presently I'm working. Actually I left the company 4 months back and recieved relieving letter & Experience letter on that specific day. Now the problem is while onboarding with offer letter to the new company I've to submit the latest relieving letter as my commitment and it is mandatory.

Note : I have submitted in written stating that presently I'm working and They asked for latest 3 months pay slips and I have subitted fake salary for the last three months. If I accept my mistake with the MNC then they point out me for submitting fake salary slips. My experience in my field is not fake and I did very well in the interview rounds. One more problem is that after joining I've to register for NSR and as i know that they will do the physical verification by EBCs.

Friends please suggest me what to do now. I'm in dilema....

Please do the needful...

Thanks & regards

  1. s***w it

    you'll get other opportunities

  2. If they find out you lied later they will fire you on the spot.  Come clean now and explain your reason and take your chances.

    Stop lying in the future.

  3. Don't let them catch you lying. They might tell about companies about you. You don't want to ruin your credibility, do you?

I think you should look for other companies instead. There will be better opportunities, just look harder.
