Problem with TV/VCR button!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP

So my PS3 is hooked up to my TV through my VCR and usually i just turn the TV to channel 3 and put the VCR on AV1, then press the TV/VCR button on my remote. But it all of sudden doesn't work! I tried everything, rebooting everything unplugging the inputs and putting them in the front of the VCR, But nothing works. I read some where that if there is a TV/VCR button on your VCR you can just press that but the bad thing is I don't have one of those on my VCR. I have no clue what to do!!! HELP PLEASE!

I am surprised your setup worked in the past. There is copy protection at the output of the PS3, so normally viewing it through the VCR  should not work.  Perhaps the old game had no copy protection enabled in video output but you got a new one that has it.

I recommend connecting the PS3 directly to the TV. If you don't have enough inputs, get a video switch from Radio Shack.
