Problem with Tivo. HELP!!!!?

Question

I have a Harmony Remote, and I'm pushing the next button, to take it to where Tivo shows up, but it's not working. I try using it for other setting, and it works fine. Any ideas on what's wrong and how I can fix it?

(I'm house-sitting for some friends. This is their Tivo. I don't have Tivo at my house, so I'm not really any expert on it anyway).

Next is not a Tivo button.  Try using an "OK" or "Select" button.  

Check the draws around the TV room and see if you can't find the Tivo remote

Try using the Tivo remote to control the Tivo

Hi Eat Right,

I have never been able to control either of our TiVo's with a programmable remote. I could get some of the functions to work but not all.

I have given up - I use two remotes.
