Problem with Watch Now from Netflix please help?

when I get to the movie that I want to watch a little pop up comes up saying that is a license acquisition and then it says the following:

Instant Watching Message

Continue to your video by clicking the play button when it appears below.

the Play button never gets accessible to click on it.

please help I was able to watch movies before and with the new programs I cant anymore.

  1. Try it again later.  Sometimes they have problems.  If it still doesn't work there's a 24-hour help number (1-888-638-3549 ).
