Problem with Windows Movie Maker?

Question

I've got a JVC hard disk camcorder and i can't load videos in Windows Movie Maker from it !

If I drag the videos into the timeline on Movie Maker the trackng goes weird and its not clear at all!!

Did you save the videos onto the PC first? are you trying to drag video directly from camcorder to timeline?

Go to TOOLS->OPTION->ADVANCED, have you selected NTSC or PAL and 4:3 or 16:9 according to your video type. after all this still not working,download the latest version.

hmmm download a new version or its because of the format of the video its wma or somthing or avi.

JVC uses a proprietary format. You will need to convert it to another format. There are various ways to do this.
