Problem with a business, afraid they've ditched my order?

I ordered about sixty dollars worth of merchandise from Whimsic Alley, a Harry potter store for my halloween costume. I ordered all this stuff, and I got a confirmation email that it had been shipped over a month ago, but I still haven't received it. I tried calling, and their answering machine was full, and I left three emails so far. Still no word.

What do I do? I don't know how to get my stuff, or my money back? Please help!

  1. Call infomration in the city where they are located and get their local number. It is highly likely it is a different line from their 800 number and they are more likely to answer it.

    If that fails you can contact the Chamber of Commerce in the town they are in; they might be able to tell you something.

    If that doens't help, contact the Better Business Bureau.

    If taht doens't get it, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.
