I bought a francisfrancis x3 in December, and am having some troublewith it. When I set it up with either the ESE or ground coffeeportafilter, the espresso comes through much too quickly, making wateryespresso.The main reason I got this particular machine however, was to be ableto make shots with pods, so I need to find out what the problem is. I am using an Illy dark roast pod that I'veread many places that you can get a very good espresso from. But mine,as I've said, come through the head too fast. It seems as though thereare very few variables in terms of how to prepare a shot with pod. Thepressure and temperature is all internally regulated. Any ideas?
