Problem with ball python throwing up clear mucous, and also pooping it out.?

Question

My ball python is about 7 years old, and last night we heard him start pooping, but as he was pooping, he started to coil up into a ball, like his whole insides were contracting to c**p out the mucous. He also was farting a whole lot, and these two round smooth stones came out also. Then I looked at his mouth, and there was a bunch of mucous coming out of his mouth. He hasn't eaten for about two months, and I have seen him p**p before, but he has never coiled up like that. It was more of just a simple quick thing when he's pooped before. the Temp is around 80 degrees, and humidity is about 75%. Oh also this happened right after he shed. And I mean right after.

well there is this thing that animals can get and they get constipated and don't eat, and the stones are called kidney stones and they are in the kidneys, and can actually shut down the kidneys if not removed so he/she is trying to push they out, and it hurts. VET but maybe she is laying eggs if it is a girl.  is it a girl and has she been mating with a male. but the weird thing is that he/she only does it after shedding, and when they lay eggs they do it all at the same time. idk VET i think it is kidney stones, or eggs but if its a boy then totally VET
