Problem with blurry pictures.?

Question

I have pictures from a camera and I need them to get un-blurry but I don't have anything to make them normal..

I didn't take the pictures my friend did but I need them it is important.

Is there a program or a website I can use to make them un-blurry?

Select CONTRAST when edting your photos and it might help if your photos are not too blur.

there are limits to attempting to unblur any image, based on quality in resolution, blur radius or direction, and amount of lighting,

try increasing resolution 200%, adjust levels or brightness contrast,ssave as copy or original, though if clarity is low in pixels, there may be little done to improve,

with some program you can try sharpen filter, or unsharpen mask,
