Problem with burton hail boots?

I have of burton hail boots. i used them 7 times and I feel like they are broken in now. When I start the day they feel perfect on my foot, my toes are touching the front slightly when i stand straight, when i bend my knees they pull back slightly to fit perfectly with no heel lift. everytime time out now after about my fourth run the top of my foot is in alot of pain, it feels like the tongue of the boot is pushing on the top of my foot when i bend my knees when im riding. I put my boots on tight so there is no heel lift, if I loosen them i get heel lift. Also I have burton mission bindings and I moved the ankle strap to the top hole so the strap falls higher on boot foe more support into the binding. Is this a common problem for anyone? Is there anyway to correct this or do I have to buy new boots? If so any suggestions? I have narrow foot. My boots came with xtra jbars, they r already in boots, r the xtra ones replacements or can i put them in also if so where should they be put in

  1. It is a common problem.  That happens to me all the time, so i went back to skiing.  I was told by someone who I was on the lift with, that it helps if you loosen the binding when you are on the lift. Right before we got off the lift, I saw him tighten his binding.

I havent tried it yet. Im going skiing of friday if the weather is nice.  after i;m done skiing (when they close the high speed lift to the top of the mountina at 4) im gonna snowboard and see if it works.
