Problem with china mobile gsm s6

Question

i have clicked the restore factory settings in my mobile then after the screen is continously on with displaying some message in china language even i switched it off and on for so many times it is switching off and on but when it is switched on the screen is continously on with backlight and in the same mode waht to do ? do i have to enter any code or what
