Problem with computer shut down when using...

Question

We use Panda Internet Security and Microsoft's Internet Security programs and have had trouble with our computer shutting down unexpectedly and persistently when using online peer to peer games like Maplestory (even with Panda disabled). We'd appreciate any advice about how to configure our security programs to allow Maplestory and stop the computer from shutting down.
