Problem with connecting iphone and ssh?

Question

whenver i try to connect my iphone with winscp it says network error connection refused. What am i doing wrong? i put in the ip address on my iphone and enter root as user name and alpine as password like everyone says so what am i srewing up?

I luv my iphone.  The best thng about it is Google maps and the maps application. From the iPhone you can view maps and satellite images. You can also go directly to traffic information.  It's saved me many times since I have no sense of direction when I drive...lol
