Problem with downloading music from pc

hi!i have just bought a u300 ,although i have installed all drivers and programs provided on the cd to my pc ,i cannot dowload music or media from my computer to my phone as it seems there is something missing can anyone help?it seems that the problem is for many lgsthanks a lot for your answers beadswire
