Problem with dvd playback on Digimate 3203h

Question

Hi , i have a new digimate 3203h lcd T.V. The t.v. works fine for playing sky and games consoles but when I playback a dvd the picture is "jumpy" I have used the same scart leads and dvd recorder on a crt t.v with no problems so obviously the issue is with the t.v. Any help would be appriciated even if you say the tv is faulty. Many thanks
