Problem with e mail program..my system's email opens when ever i press key 'w'. how to remove this problem

i am facing this problem for last one month. it seems as key 'w' has become short cut for default email program. plz help me in fixing this problem.. i have tried by changing the email programs from internet options but it didn't help. plz help me?????

Hello Bobby,

You'll have to desinstall your email program (without replacing it by another one) and desinstall also the program that allows you to have keyboard shortcuts.(usually there is the word keyboard or "kbd" in his name) Don't worry uninstaling this won't affect your computer much. After that you will be able to réinstal what you really need.
