  1. During Mango season where I am from we get a lot of flies because of the trees. My grandmother used to fill small plastic bags with water and leave them on the kitchen counter or the dinning table. I have seen this done in a couple of small restaurants as well. Now i don't known the scientific reason why it works it always amazes me bu t it does. Try it what have you got to loose its cheap and its one you haven't tried yet

  2. SCREENS SCREENS SCREENS  It cost more than any other solution, but it works and there are nice new invisible screens now.  Also, sticky traps.

  3. try to get those kind of curtain nets... like the one that let air in but keeps flying critters out and put them on any thing that you keep open everyday  they're super cheap and black

  4. nuthing works like a UV zapper!

fix a couple of them around the house and you should b fine!

    it attracts them like crazy!

    goodluck!

  5. Just get a spray.

    Very effective.

  6.    fly traps, bug spray

  7. Living near water can unfortunately cause problems with flies and mosquitoes.  You could try the fly type traps that you hang up in rooms like sticky paper, but i.m not sure how successful these are.

There are fly screens you can buy and cut to length/width to put on your windows, doors so that you can still have them open, if you tap in fly screens on google u should get some sites.  Or you can buy some fine gauze material and cut that to size and put up at windows you have open most, you would need to tape velcro around the edge of the windows, and gauze to secure and be able to access your windows, depending on the type of window frames, you can remove the velcro when no longer needed by peeling away and 'sticky stuff' remover to take away the residue.

  8. A clean house and a well maintained yard are your best bets for getting rid of flies. Keeping your house free of residual sugars, old food, and other unsightly messes will almost surely get rid of fruit flies and house flies. Fogging and pyrethrin treatments will definitely get rid of flies, but I wouldn’t suggest using them often. The chemicals you could inhale from foggers and other aerosol sprays are harmful. Properly sealing your windows, doors, and anything that has a screen will help get rid of flies in your house Bug and fly repellent is probably the best way to get rid of flies that require a blood meal, but it’s a temporary relief. Fly traps and fly strips are of course the first and most effective line of defense against flies, particularly indoors. Fly strips, however, are most effective when used to get rid of house flies and get rid of fruit flies. Fly straps and sticky strips are absolutely ineffective when used to control flies like the black fly, the dog fly, and most gnats.

  9. good old fly papers always work but they are disgusting, a metal string curtain at the door is ideal, also an electric lamp on the wall that they are all attracted to and get zapped!

  10. get some oil then pour it over the fly area then let it burn with a match stick

  11. if you get the 6in1 pest repellents of bid tv or price drop tv they do the trick.  You will get flies in your house but they soon leave again.

  12. Gas your house. I'm not sure if it will work, but if it does, pick my answer as the best answer. Flies suck!
