Problem with homecoming..... what do i do?

so i alrdy asked a good friend of mine to go to homecoming with me and i did it in a big way to. I filled her room with balloons and made a big sign that said homecoming with my name and hers all over it... problem is, i like this girl now and she likes me to.. she helped me make the sign and thats when i really started to like her. i want to go with her to homecoming, but i alrdy promised my friend i would go with her. deep down though i just wish i never would have asked my friend, i wish i would have waited a little longer before i decided to ask. should i tell my friend im sorry and go for the girl i like? homecoming is in 29 days (a lot can happen in that amount of time)

NO! YOU CANT! as much as it sucks you just have to go with her. it would create a lot of unnecessary drama if you last minute ditch her and go with another girl. even if she didnt like you it just creates animosity. good luck though, try and have fun! haha

whatever you do DONT BE A DOUCHEBAG and cancel on your friend. A dance is a dance, you'll probably end up leaving with a different girl than you came with anyways, but its totally not worth losing a friend over. i bet you she already bought her dress and stuff already, and how would you feel if someone did that to you?

Shes a girl, the girl will understand, and wait for you. And if that girl leaves you, your friend will be there for you :)
