Problem with internet explorer?

Question

OK so i have ie7 right. I try to go on and it says that theres a problem in the ports and i need to check my firewall. I just cant figure it out what to do???!?!?!?! And by the way i use iolo and i have wierd remnants of mcafee that wont get off. so please help thxs
