Problem with java runtime environment for online...

Question

I've been trying to load apps. and programs that require java plugs and it would always freeze my computer or I would get a message like: "jvm could not start, main threw an exception" I tried unstalling and installing java to see if I loaded it properly but thats not the case. Maybe there is another problem that I'm not aware of. Please help..........
