Problem with kaspersky internet security 8..0.0.454 and the broadband speed

hi guys ,i am using kaspersky internet security 8.0.0.454 full version.I have noticed that whenever the protection is running,i am unable to download any files from any website.But whenever the protection is disabled i can easily download any file.why is this happening?also plz help me as my download speed via my broadband connection has reduced.i used netscream internet speed booster to boost and increase my internet speed connection,but after using it my broadband download speed has reduced to 19KB/s(my normal broadband download speed is 32 KB/s),so please help me guys regarding my problem

Kaspersky is known to cause a small amount of speed loss, but this is too much, post in the Kaspersky Forums and they can help you, also try disabling components one by one to determine which one it is.
