Problem with keyboard Aspire 4720z

I have a problem with my acer Aspire 4720z, keyboard is not working 100% this is a latin america version, so some keys does not work at all, I selected in bar the idiom (spanish) but does not work. I also try to portuguese and english but none of them work. Please help, thanks a lot.
