Problem with lg shine cu720??

its not connecting to the computer.

i have the usb cord and micro sd card.

its pluged in but its not connecting!

What seems to be the problem

i have windows vista

and cingular didnt give me any soft wear!

Go to AT&T's web site and click the support tab. Then go to the tutorials for trouble shooting your phone. If still you are having issues, call customer care for help.
