Problem with my AC unit

Hi I'm Phillip i have a problem with my AC unit the problem is that i just replace the control transformer on my AC unit cause yesterday it got burn out cause when i turn on my AC i can hear the compressor kick in but the blower don't turn on and the control transformer get hot if it get hot it get burn out but when i turn the heat on the blower turn on and the heat works but not the AC only the compressor kick in not the blower relay fan can you help me plsthe model # is B20-03-15c00001T its a sun dail it was working all fine then i turn the AC on the control transformer burn out cause it got hot cause the blower didnt turn
