Problem with my MP3 Video Player of Innovage...

My problem is: when I want to put music or video or picture I can't to do this. Because there is a error message who says : Impossible to copy "Name of song" : Impossible to create repetory ou the file (Impossible de copier "nom de la chanson": Impossible de créer un répertoire ou le fichier) I do everything who writes in the Quick Start Guide.. but the error message stay..Pleaze help me..
