Question:

Problem with my Wii?

When I go into any game on my Wii, the hand from the controller is pointing downwards, then if you try and play the game, it doesn't recognise the controller at all. I have tried changing the priorities of the controllers, and have also checked the sensitivity of the sensor. Also, obviously, the batteries don't need replacing. Any ideas?

  1. Yes, i had that same problem before, good thing i looked at the INSTRUCTION MANUEL. If this solution does not help you, look it up in the error and problems section.

There is probably a reflective source around the sensor bar or T.V. There might be light shining through your window and hitting the t.v. screen or sensor. See, this causes the sensor bar to get confused and is sensing two things at once. That is why it is not recognizing it. And the pointer being upside down is because of light hitting the t.v. causing it to be in two places at once. move it away from the sun, or any reflective source

    Hope this helps!!!

  2. mabey the sencer bar is broken

  3. OK try this, where you place your batteries there is a little red button and there is also a red button in the front of the game system in the little flap. press both the red buttons at the same time and it should connect the controller to the system.

  4. Make sure your not holding any of the buttons down or touching the d-pad when u turn it on, coz it would register that as neutral!! otherwise try a game/repair shop, or worst case scenario (if it is only your remote) buy a new remote!

  5. I suggest that you go to you local urinary clinic it could be an std....

  6. The sensor may need to be moved, or it could simply be broken.
