Problem with my computer?

when i put a CD in i go to my computer it doesn't show i have a disk in

help?

It probably can't read the disk or the CD drive is broke.

Press the button on the CD drive to open it.

If it still does not open, most CD drives have like a small hole on the side (emergency release).  Insert the end of a paper clip to pop it open.

get a lens cleaner and apply it to your cd drive. and wash your cd with water and dry it with a very soft cloth like a t-shirt. if the cd is not scratched too badly, that should do the trick.
