Problem with my head please help?

Whenever i jump up and down i can feel something inside my head going up and down. It's like my brain is being chucked around inside my head. I'm only a teeanger if that helps at all.

  1. The best advice that I have for you, is if you think that it is a health problem to go and visit your family doctor. They will be able to help you with advice of what things to help you with.
