Problem with my middle name?

My full name is Rachel Marie Santos Concepcion. All these years, like whenever I fill out a form for school or something, i write my middle initial as being M. Just recently from my mom, I found out that my middle name was supposed to be Santos, and Rachel Marie as my first name. Do you think that this will mess everything up (like for college)?

How can I change it?

I'm 3rd year high school.

  Go to your school office after school or at lunch and tell them about it.  Maybe they will let you fill out another form.
