my nose is pierced and it has been since this past christmas, i've changed it a lot of times and i have never had a problem with it, but earlier tonight i took it out and i couldn't get it back in, it was only going through the top layer of skin. then my sis looked at me and she was like "your nose is bleeding". i ran to the bathroom and sure enough there was like a ton of blood gushing down my face. it's not closed up because i can fit an earring in it if i put it in backwards, like through my nostril out, but i can't fit even a regular earring in through the top of the hole, it goes in halfway and wont come out. if anybody has had this same problem could you tell me what to do to fix it???

  1. yes, take it out, your not a bull

  2. I had that happen to me when I had my nose pierced. I put a hoop in it and just treated it like it was a new piercing for about a month, cleaning and rotating it.

Keep an eye on it, though. If it gets infected, get to your doctor quick. Infected nose piercings are NOT something to s***w with.

  3. I had a similar thing happended to me and as gross as it sounds my nose stud had a booger on it and when I took the stud out the booger got stuck halfway ewwwww I know good news is I perservered and put the smallest stud I had through, yes it hurt and yes it stayed red for about 3 days but then was fine but if you are worried or it is bleeding heaps then visit your dr or the person who peirced it for more advice

  4. You may have just ruptured something as you pulled it out, or as you were putting it back in... I've had problems like that too with a nose ring.  Honestly, it could be from changing it all the time. I did that, and it ended up getting infected and I had to take it out and let it heal up. Next time try warming up the area with a warm compress for a few minutes before you pull it out, and see if that helps.  It helped me a lot.
