This question may be a little off-topic for this group, but I toss it out with the hope that someone can tell be what this means. I am trying to run a program on my kids' PC named "ElfBowling" by NStorm. It runs on my Celeron PC and the old P5-233, but when the kids try to run it, the error message "Can't create new socket" pops up in a dialog window. The kids' PC is an Asus P5A with an AMD-K6-2-350, STB Velocity 128 AGP, and Win95C. I have searched through the Microsoft Knowledgebase and Usenet and turned up nothing. Does anyone have a clue what this means? Is it a Win95 problem, an AGP problem, or a hardware problem, or a software problem. I don't even know what to try next. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. Thanks. And Merry Christmas! AllenSent via Deja.com # Before you buy.
