Problem with site map , help,

Question

I want to create site map which looks similarly to "Flicker" if you search it by Google you see the sub links , anyone know how can i do it ?

These sub links are generated by Google and you can't choose to have them appear. If you register your website with Google's Webmaster Tools you can choose which pages don't appear but that's about it.
