  1. when it's almost time for you to go back school, gradually go back to your routine, like sleep earlier like three days before school starts. Did that, it worked.

  2. take tylenol p.m to get you asleep earlier then start waking up earlier.

  3. I completely understand!

A way to get back into your sleep cycle is to try tips of getting yourself in the mode to go to sleep. Try going to bed an hour later than you normally would and decrease the time a little each day so then your body's internal clock will be able to catch up and "reset" itself. It all takes a little time and your body will adjust.

Remember not to drink caffeine or exercise before going to bed, because this will not help and may even continue hurting you.

  4. I have the same problem. What I am going to try to do is, every night go to sleep an hour earlier than I did the night before, and wake up and hour earlier. I hope it works!

  5. the only way to do this is to force yourself to get back into a routine

ORRR the only other thing i've heard of doing

and remember i am NOT a doctor! ;)

is to take some gravol pills right when you are supposed to be going to bed

sometimes that will make you drowsy

then it will help you nod off into la la land
