Problem with the screen...

Question

When I turn on my phone it just comes up with a blank screen, but makes all the noises it usually would. Before this started to happen, for a while when I turned on the camera and slid the phone together the 'do you still want to continue?' question came up in different colors. Its really hard to explain.
