Problem with xerox Doc Centre 470ST

Question

i have a problem with this copier. When the machine is turned on, it fails to complete self check and gives the error 'COPIER NOT AVAILABLE. MAY NEED SERVICING.' i have replaced the xerographic module and the waste collector and still no improvement. i will appreciate any help on how to carry out the service. Thank you.
