The problem is that you're not using the correct credentials when setting up Plogger.

On Plogger installation page (www.emmanuelcampinternational.com/admin... use the following:

MySQL host: localhost

MySQL Username: emmanu_00admin

MySQL Password: yourpassword

MySQL Database: emmanu_00gallery
