Question:

Problems Wiht the headpones on my computer?

Now I use headphones on my computer not speakers and I have this problem I can't seem to hear anything. I tried plugging the headphone cord into every logical socket and hole it could get in no luck at all I tried turning it too still nothing. Then I checked every volume system in my computer still nothing. What I need t know is this

1.What did I do wrong

2.Is there anyway to fix it

3. If so how can I fix it

If you people are intelligent as I know you are you can help me with this problem and give me all the details and instructions while your at it!

  1. If you are able to hear sound with a set of speakers then the problems lies with the headphones. If you try speakers and there is still no sound, you should try updating your sound card drivers. If this doesn't solve the problem, then you should take the computer to a repair center (Best Buy) and have them check the headphone/speaker jack on the system tower or check the sound card to make sure it's not damaged.

    Make sure to try all of these methods respectively before jumping to conclusions....good luck.
