Problems With Coke?

For Food Class, I need to write a full page paragraph about the problems with coke or soda drinks like mountain dew or whatever. What are some? Or some websites to find a recent article or recent magazine on something like this?

Diet soda's aspartame and phenalalaline mix with sodium benzoate to make benzine and eat a hole in your stomach. Dark colas take magnesium out of your heart and bones. Mountain dew decreases your sperm count. (Seriously)

High levels of caffine which is addictive, 7 teaspoons of sugar in every can thats not diet, diet drinks full of chemicals that possibly cause cancer.... its scary

If it is about Mountain Dew alone all you have to say is: It has more sugars, more caffeine and you can use it in cooking more than other soft drinks! I hope this helps!*
