Problems buying total video converter!?

Question

yesterday i bought Total Video Converter, but its taking so long for them to process everything, and i still dont have my registration code. how much longer will it take? is this normal?

I know other trick that really works: only set up the time 15 days ago before you installed the program. Is not registered, but that permits to you use for more time the program.
